Hot Cocoa Stay & Play
Elizabeth City’s 2022 Holiday Celebration & Grand Illumination is an old-fashioned, small town celebration that pairs with the kick off of our Hot Cocoa Crawl on November 25.
Visitors can top off their chocolate-filled getaway in Elizabeth City with a stay at one of our quaint bed & breakfasts.
A special holiday edition of the community’s First Friday ArtWalk on December 2 will feature downtown shops, local artists, live music, followed by the award-winning Lighted Boat Parade — an annual tradition featuring brightly-lit skiffs, sailboats and pontoon boats with twinkling lights circling the harbor to the sound of carols.
This year’s “Christmas Around the World” street parade is on Saturday, December 3. Find more at Visit Elizabeth City’s events page.
