Elizabeth City’s 5th Annual Hot Cocoa Crawl!
To celebrate this timeless, holiday cup-of-joy, over 40 local businesses and organizations have united to create a trail of the yummiest hot cocoa treats and cocoa-inspired experiences for locals and visitors to sip and savor. From tradition-with-a-twist to chocolate-infused cocktails to hand-crafted cocoa-themed gifts — our community-wide Hot Cocoa Crawl has something to satisfy everyone from Scrooge to Santa.
This year, we have an extra special treat — our Hot Cocoa Capital Kickoff directly following Elizabeth City’s Annual Holiday Celebration & Grand Illumination, Friday, November 28 from 6pm – 8pm. Come for the official lighting of our downtown and stay for a complimentary cup of home-made cocoa, a musical extravaganza performed by local singers, family-friendly activities and more!
Along with the coziest mugs of chocolatey goodness, we’ve decked-out downtown and created a sleigh-full of local events — including our Annual Christmas parade, Lighted Boat Parade and more — to make your holidays in Elizabeth City extra special.
