The Rocky Hock Playhouse is a live professional Christian musical theatre, featuring the works of Gloria Emmerich. Our new venue in Edenton is now at the newly remodeled Leon Nixon Catering Banquet Facilities just two miles north of Edenton on Hwy 32.

The Rocky Hock Playhouse was founded in August of 2000 by Jeff and Gloria Emmerich. Over the past decade it has become one of America’s most unique full time professional Christian theaters. The Emmerichs write and produce four to five original musicals each year.
