If you’re an open-water certified diver, the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island invites you to dive with the sharks! Get up-close to sand tiger, nurse and sandbar sharks in our 285,000-gallon Graveyard of the Atlantic exhibit. The program is a total of 2 hours with the dive portion lasting 30 to 40 minutes.
