Located inside the Museum of the Albemarle, you will find local handicrafts, books and souvenirs that represent the region and complement the Museum of the Albemarle's current exhibits and programs. The shop showcases the talent and beauty of Northeastern North Carolina through the 90 plus artists and craftsmen that sell their work in the store.

You will find unique items perfect as a gift or a remembrance of your visit to the museum. Discover one-of-a-kind jewelry and accessories, pottery, fiber art, and glassware. Elizabeth City T-Shirts, towels, and ornaments are special favorites; as well as local cookbooks, home-made jams and jellies, and Bertie County Peanuts. Overlooking the Pasquotank River, the Museum of the Albemarle interprets the history and culture of the Albemarle Region through rotating exhibits, fun programs, and thousands of artifacts.
