This park's activities include catch and release fishing, a playground for ages 0-12, wetlands boardwalk, educational forest, walking trails, basketball, beach volleyball, picnic areas, skateboard park and more.  

Fun Junktion has 2 man-made ponds, both of which are stocked for catch-and-release fishing. The front pond has 3 piers and the back pond has one pier and a small boat access. There is a playground area which is divided into different sections for age groups. This area is fenced in with sandbox, swings (infant and regular), handicapped swing, zip line, sitting area, and a splash pad! Other activities available at Fun Junktion include a disc golf course, walking trail, skateboard park, basketball court, volleyball net, paddle boats (summer only), and a driving range.

There are also two covered outdoor pavilions on site.  One features 20 picnic tables and 4 grills with electricity available, and may be rented.  For info on reservations, call 252-335-1424.  The second pavilion has 4 tables and 2 grills and can be used on a first-come first-serve basis.
