Romantic B&Bs and Inns You'll Love in Elizabeth City

Posted on 01/29/2020 by Visit Elizabeth City

There are simply some types of places and some kinds of adventures that make us fall in love. For example, there’s a certain romance to being near the water. Water simply makes sunrises and sunsets more magical. The immeasurable sense of peace that we feel around water gives us a chance to escape the hyper-connected, over-stimulated state of modern day life, in favor of slowing down to reconnect with a loved one. Why not plan a romantic getaway to the North Carolina coast? Book a weekend in one of Elizabeth City’s beautifully restored B&Bs and small inns where you are never far from the picturesque Pasquotank River. While staying with our gracious hosts, you'll enjoy nice extra touches and learn about our historic harbor town as well. You can see what other visitors have had to say about our B&Bs and inns on TripAdvisor, and we encourage you to visit one and share your own experience.
