TarWheel Century Ride | April 14
It’s time to shake off winter and get back in the saddle! Bicyclists can choose from 33-, 62- and 100-mile rides along rural roads when they register for the TarWheel Century Ride, now in its 25th year. Organized by the River City Cycling Club, this year’s ride will feature scenic routes throughout the area, with some of the best “support and gear” stops ever (the famous deviled eggs, the smoothies!). Pre-registration is available or sign up on site the day of the event. The start and finish are at Camden County High School, 103 US Highway 158 West, Camden, NC 27921. Registration will start at 7:00 a.m.
