Join MUSIC off MAIN, just days before Christmas, for a fairytale FAMILY production, perfect for ALL AGES. The timeless tale of Hansel and Gretel wandering through the forest, stumbling upon an irresistible gingerbread house and it's owner... an evil and hungry witch who has plans to turn the children into her own tasty treats, and the glorious chorus of children (starring the Albemarle Youth Choir) as Gretel outwits the witch and all of the "gingerbread children" are set free! 

Enjoy a unique opportunity to experience a professional operatic production in Elizabeth City. This performance is under the direction of Shelley Nowacek and sung by our stellar cast of professional regional/national singing stars!
